We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join one of our international banking clients on a hybrid work model.
In this role, the engineer will be technically responsible for the architecture, consolidation, and modernization of the
CI/CD infrastructure across multiple departments and application types.

This is a highly specialized, engineering-
oriented role focused on AI-assisted optimization and analytics, combining hands-on platform management, applied
automation engineering, and the systematic evaluation of complex, large-scale technical systems within a regulated
banking environment

Responsibilities

●Technical Architecture & Systems Ownership: Own the end-to-end architecture and lifecycle of CI/CD
infrastructure across multiple banking departments and application types; evaluate disparate, legacy
pipeline designs, diagnose systemic failure patterns, and re-architect them into standardized, reliable
systems using GitHub Actions.

● Platform Governance & Administration: Serve as the primary administrator of the GitHub platform,
defining governance models, security policies, and operational standards; continuously analyze platform
usage and security data to drive evidence-based improvements organization-wide.

● Applied Systems Engineering (.NET Ecosystem): Design and standardize specialized deployment
pipelines for .NET applications, applying systematic, analytical evaluation of build, test, and deployment
performance to reduce failure rates and deployment time; use Python-based scripting to automate build
validation, testing, and deployment-support tasks that complement the native .NET/GitHub Actions tooling.

● Infrastructure as Code & Automation Engineering: Provision, maintain, and continuously improve
cloud infrastructure through Infrastructure-as-Code practices; apply Python-based scripting and automation
workflows for data processing, monitoring, and infrastructure tasks that support banking workloads.

● AI-Assisted Engineering & Workflow Optimization: Leverage GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted
development tools to optimize the design, generation, and maintenance of CI/CD workflows, accelerating
pipeline development and improving workflow quality and consistency across the GitHub Actions
ecosystem.

● Metrics, Monitoring & AI-Driven Analytics: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and performance
metrics (build times, failure rates, deployment success rates, resource utilization), applying AI-driven
analytics to identify optimization opportunities and drive data-informed infrastructure decisions.

● Predictive & Intelligent Monitoring: Apply predictive monitoring and AI-based anomaly-detection
approaches to proactively identify potential pipeline failures and infrastructure issues before they impact
banking workloads.

● Reliability, Security & Responsible Operations: Ensure secure, controlled, and auditable deployment
practices across the CI/CD ecosystem, aligned with governance, reliability, and compliance requirements
applicable to a regulated banking environment.

● Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead the technical consolidation strategy for CI/CD infrastructure
across the organization, acting as a mentor and technical guide for junior engineers and establishing best
practices adopted organization-wide.

Requirements

● Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Release Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure
Architecture.

● GitHub Actions Expertise: Exceptional hands-on experience creating, managing, and troubleshooting
complex CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

● Platform Administration: Proven experience in GitHub platform administration (managing permissions,
security policies, runners, and enterprise features).

● Application Stack: Strong, practical experience building pipelines specifically for .NET applications,
complemented by Python for scripting, automation, and deployment-support tooling.

● AI-Assisted Development: Required proficiency using GitHub Copilot (or comparable AI-assisted
development tools) to support and accelerate CI/CD workflow creation, code review, and automation
scripting.

● Cloud Ecosystems: Solid experience working with cloud providers, with a strong preference for Azure (or
alternatively AWS).

● Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proven experience provisioning and managing infrastructure usingTerraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.

● Containers & Orchestration: Practical, hands-on experience working with Docker and Kubernetes in
production environments.

● Certifications: Expected to have GitHub Foundations and GitHub DevOps Pipelines certifications.

Nice to Have

● Experience with advanced monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Datadog, Grafana, etc.).

● Knowledge of banking compliance, security standards, and secrets management.

● Official certifications in Azure (e.g., DevOps Engineer Expert) or AWS.

Benefits

  • Hybrid work model

  • Long-term international projects.

  • Opportunity to work with modern cloud-native technologies.

  • High-impact role with strong technical ownership.

  • Collaborative international team with experienced engineering leadership.
