Full-Time
Office Hours:
- Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
- $30.00 to $38.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
- Assist with crown, bridge, implant, and restorative procedures
- Fabricate temporary restorations and provisionals
- Assist with full-arch provisional cases
- Take and process radiographs in accordance with state regulations
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical efficiency
- Ensure accurate documentation and patient records
- Deliver a positive and comfortable experience for every patient
- Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
Qualifications
- Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- 7+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience required
- Strong experience with crowns, implants, provisionals, and temporary restorations
- Ability to fabricate temporary restorations and assist with full-arch provisional cases
- Current CPR certification
- Radiology certification required
- Experience with Dentrix preferred
- Experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus
- Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) and Coronal Polishing certifications are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
