Groundskeeper

CLK Multifamily Management is looking for a dependable Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance and curb appeal of our apartment community. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and making a positive impact on residents' living experience, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Maintain the overall appearance of the community grounds
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and seasonal cleanup
• Keep sidewalks, breezeways, parking lots, and common areas clean and safe
• Prepare vacant apartments and common areas for new residents
• Assist the maintenance team with basic tasks and property upkeep
• Monitor the property for safety hazards and report concerns
• Help maintain amenities, including pool and recreational areas, as applicable

What We're Looking For

• Prior groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, or apartment community experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean community
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Team-oriented with a commitment to excellent resident service
