Position and qualifications:
- Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related degree
- Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT), or twelve (12) months from full licensure
- One (1) or more years experience in a clinical environment
- Experience with therapy and group therapy and interest in working with adults
- Passionate advocate for clients who have experienced oppression or discrimination
- Collaborative, and client centered experience
- Experience using of Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or CBT in a clinical environment

Compensation:
$54,763.28 - $76,968.32 salary. The posted range represents the full salary range for this position. Starting pay is based on factors such as directly related experience, education, licensure and/or certification, and internal equity.
