Project Manager

Cleveland Construction is hiring a Project Manager to join our team and work on high-profile commercial projects. This role would be perfect for a Project Manager with experience in ground-up hotels, fuel and big box commercial projects.

What You’ll Do  

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout 

• Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and WIP reporting 

• Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams 

• Ensure safety, quality, and OSHA compliance on all projects 

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource management 

• Maintain strong client relationships and project communication 

What We’re Looking For  

• 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience 

• Hospitality/fuel center/big box construction experience is required 

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent experience preferred 

• Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and MEP coordination 

• Tech savvy with current construction management tools 

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills 

• Manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines 

• OSHA knowledge required 

• Some travel required
