About this role

Qualifications:
 • 5+ years of progressive construction experience with demonstrated leadership responsibility
 • Proven experience managing field operations on commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
 • Strong working knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site logistics
 • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project schedules
 • Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades on active job sites
 • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety requirements
 • Demonstrated leadership, conflict resolution, and team development skills
 • Ability to manage budgets, manpower planning, and production targets
 • Strong verbal and written communication skills
 • Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office applications
 • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and travel to job sites as required
 • Required Certifications/Licenses: complete specialized onboarding safety certification at date of hire

Job Description:
 • Oversee daily field operations and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to plan
 • Lead and supervise Field Managers and field personnel
 • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
 • Develop and manage short-term and long-term project schedules
 • Monitor production rates and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
 • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
 • Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
 • Identify and resolve jobsite issues proactively to minimize delays
 • Lead weekly progress meetings and provide updates to Project Managers and leadership
 • Manage manpower planning, equipment utilization, and material logistics in coordination with Project Managers, vendors, and equipment teams
 • May need to review or approve timecards, production reports, and daily field documentation
 • Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative jobsite culture
 • Support mentoring and development of field leadership team members
 • Represent the company professionally with clients, inspectors, and external partners
