About this role
Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition services in an assisted living community. This is a part-time opportunity for approximately 4 hours/quarter.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quarterly kitchen and food service sanitation inspections
- Complete required meal test tray evaluations
- Provide and/or participate with in-service education sessions
- Provide clinical nutrition care, including nutrition assessments, recommendations, and documentation as requested.
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required
- Active state licensure or certification, as applicable
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Experience in long-term care, senior living, or geriatric nutrition is preferred but not required
