As a Design Center Specialist, you'll be the friendly face that guides homeowners through one of the most exciting parts of their project. From helping customers select the perfect stone and sink to answering questions and coordinating material reservations, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Welcome and assist homeowners throughout the selection process
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through final selections
Answer incoming calls and schedule showroom and design appointments
Help customers select stone materials, sinks, faucets, and edge profiles that fit their style and needs
Reserve customer-selected materials and maintain accurate reservation records
Receive incoming products and materials
Communicate regularly with the Purchasing Department to ensure inventory availability
Maintain accurate records and support daily showroom operations
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Uphold Classic Rock Fabrication's Core Values in every customer interaction
Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and company goals

QualificationsQualifications we are looking for

One to two years of customer service, retail, showroom, administrative, or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, design layouts, and specifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with basic computer systems and office software.
Evening and weekend availability as part of a rotating schedule.

Physical Requirements

Regularly stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, stoop, crouch, push, pull, lift, grasp, and perform repetitive motions.
Ability to work in both office and warehouse showroom environments.
