About this role
Clark Creative Solutions is seeking highly qualified professionals to support the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Joint Training Readiness Services (JTRS) program. This effort supports Joint Training System (JTS) execution, readiness reporting, exercise planning, mission assessments, and training support activities across the National Guard enterprise.
Location: Remote CONUS
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required
Position Overview
The Training Systems Analyst supports readiness reporting, training data management, and Joint Training information systems used across the National Guard training enterprise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5 years supporting DoD training systems
- Experience using DRRS, JTIMS, and JLLIS
- Ability to collect, analyze, and report readiness data
- Data management and reporting expertise
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Joint Training databases
- Dashboard development experience
- SharePoint administration experience
