About the Position
Clark Creative Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support strategic planning, readiness reporting, operational assessments, continuity planning, and executive decision support activities for the National Guard Bureau.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of military planning processes and joint doctrine
- Operational analysis and strategic communications expertise
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Experience developing executive briefings
- Strong stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- National Guard Bureau experience
- Joint Staff experience
- DSCA experience
- COOP/Continuity experience
- FEMA planning background
