About this role

We are looking for a Founding GTM hire with 2+ years of experience to join our rapidly scaling team. You are a hungry, tech-savvy sales professional who thrives in ambiguity and is excited to build a go-to-market engine from the ground up. As our second sales hire, you will work directly with our Head of Sales to win major new logos and lay the foundation for our future sales organization. This is a unique opportunity to make a massive impact at a YC-backed company and define your own career path.

What will you be doing?

Own the full sales cycle for deals ranging from $150k to $1M+, from prospecting and cold outreach to closing contracts.

Partner with the Head of Sales to build the GTM engine from the ground up, including organizing sales data in HubSpot.

Represent ClaimSorted at industry conferences to generate new leads and build relationships.

Master the TPA industry and our product to effectively persuade large insurance companies to choose ClaimSorted over competitors.

Leverage modern sales tools and AI to run a sharp, data-driven sales process.
