Founding Account Manager

Greater London +1 · On-site$120k – $180k + Equity

About this role

We are looking for a Founding Account Manager with 2+ years of experience to own and expand enterprise client relationships at ClaimSorted, an AI-native insurance claims platform. You'll be a hungry, driven individual who thrives in high-intensity environments and is excited about building the account management function from the ground up. You will manage a book of 30+ clients with deal sizes ranging from $150K to $750K, owning the upsell motion and ensuring strict SLAs are met. This is a critical role where you'll work directly with the CEO to grow revenue from existing accounts and help scale ClaimSorted to become the most valuable TPA in the market.

What will you be doing?

Own the full upsell and expansion motion across ClaimSorted's enterprise client base, targeting ~$500K+ in expansion revenue

Manage client relationships for core infrastructure software where strict SLAs (e.g., 5-day claim adjudication) must be met — there is zero room for error

Coordinate cross-functionally with Ops, Claims, and Product teams to ensure smooth delivery and unblock issues fast

Lead onboarding, go-live, retention, and renewals — acting as the customer's internal quarterback

Build repeatable playbooks and processes as the first dedicated account manager, transitioning ownership from the CEO and VP of Claims
