Customer Service Rep

主要职责/Primary Responsibilities:

 

 Check specification of the customer in English language. Commercial verification and coordination of

 

conditions, such as prices, penalties, guarantees, risk analyzes. 核对客户的英文规格书。 商业核查和协

 Analyze deviations in terms of technical designs, tests, acceptance, period, and delivery specifications

 Creation of complete order BOMs. Completing the order with the necessary company/ customer-specific

 

documents , Creation of the order confirmation and send to customer 创建完整的订单BOM表， 使用必

 Monitor and track sales order status to ensure on time delivery from customer. 监控和跟踪销售订单状

 Other assignments required by manager. 完成经理交待的其他任务

 

基本要求 / Qualifications Required:

 

 Good communication skills 良好的沟通能力

 

 Good command of office software, such as excel, word, PPT 熟练使用 excel、word、PPT 等办公软件

 

 Good at SAP and CRM skill 熟练运用 SAP 和 CRM

 

 Good learning agility and proactive 良好的学习能力跟主动性

 

 Good team player 良好的团队合作者

 

教育程度/ Education：

 

 Bachelor’s degree 本科

 

 English major in is preferred 英语专业优先

 

语言能力/ Language skills

 

 Fluent English Fluent English both in oral and written 流利的英语口语跟书写能力
