Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (Spanish Speaking)

Pay: $20–$30 per hour  

Schedule: Afternoon hours schedule ; must be Spanish Speaking

Setting: Home‑based cases /  Day-care cases

About the Role  

As Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.  

 

Responsibilities  

-Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision  

-Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans  

-Collect and track session data  

-Support skill development and promote positive behavior  

-Share progress with your clinical team

Requirements  

-Active RBT Certification  

-High school diploma  

-At least 18 years old  

-Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license  

-Organized, dependable, and open to feedback  

-Interest in behavioral health
