At Naamans Creek Country Manor, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Resident-Centered Care Team.

As an RN, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care while helping create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for our residents. If you're passionate about caring for others and want to grow your nursing career in a skilled nursing facility, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards of practice.
  • Assess, monitor, and evaluate residents' physical, emotional, and clinical conditions.
  • Notify physicians and family members of significant changes in residents' conditions and implement appropriate interventions.
  • Administer medications, treatments, wound care, and IV therapy safely and accurately.
  • Collaborate with physicians during resident rounds.
  • Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies.
  • Ensure nursing documentation is complete, accurate, and timely.
  • Participate in shift report to promote continuity of care.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
  • Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life at all times.

The ideal candidate is:

  • A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
  • Compassionate and resident-focused.
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and clinical judgment.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
