About this role
Your Day:
- CSR qualifies and books your service calls.
- Dedicated dispatch confirms and sends you out.
- Troubleshoot, present options, books jobs, build the work order, & done.
- Warehouse (ran by a Journeyman) handles materials, our install team supports the booked work.
- Fully digital tech experience including in house apps for additional support.
- Take-home fully stocked company vehicle provided
- No lead hunting. No chasing installs. Just troubleshoot & book jobs.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years electrical experience, at least 1 year residential
- Comfortable running service calls independently
- Customer focused! You understand that rapport & trust closes jobs
- Valid driver's license, insurable, able to pass background check and drug screen.
- Able to commute to our Annapolis office daily. Take-home vehicle provided after training.
