Job DetailsJob Location: INDUSTRY - Pittsburgh, PA 15275CHC Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking a passionate Orthopedic Warehouse Admin to join our team in the Pittsburgh, PA (Robinson Township) office.

CHC Solutions, Inc. provides medical supplies to patients with a focus on outstanding customer service. We are headquartered near Pittsburgh, PA and have multiple locations throughout the Eastern United States.
We receive an order from doctors and their staff, verify the products are covered by the patient’s insurance, the supplies are shipped to them, and we bill their insurance.

Your Responsibilities include
Warehouse duties
Assists shipping and receiving, moving materials and items from receiving or stored areas to shipping or other designated areas.
Sorting and placing materials or items on shelves or in bin location according to predetermined inventory procedures.
Picks and prepares order for shipping.
Process call tags and returns.
Check expiration dates and notify management of low stock levels.
Ensuring the warehouse is accessible and safe for employee traffic.
Maintains warehouse and work area organization and cleanliness.
Prepare for the next day by bringing necessary stock out front and unload as needed including pre-staging of supplies for next day’s distribution.
Makes management aware of the need to reorder necessary maintenance supplies.
Admin duties
Logs Daily Orders
Communicates with Sales Team and Account Staff to resolve inventory issues
Performing Regular Inventory counts and receiving Orders from manufacturers
Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve inventory issues
Work with Customer Service teams to identify and resolve patient order needs and fulfillment solutions
Serve as an Ortho Inventory resource and help answer product specific questions
Qualifications
Must be able to read, write, count, accurately.
Must be able and willing to work successfully in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills
Acute attention to detail.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Previous warehouse and administrative experience is preferred.
