The Position
This is a unique, multi-functional role that combines front-desk reception, vehicle inventory coordination, and fleet sales administration into one position. You’ll be the first voice customers hear and the first face they see — while also keeping our inventory records accurate in CDK, processing deal documentation, and supporting our commercial sales team. If you enjoy variety, take pride in accuracy, and communicate effortlessly in both English and Spanish, this role was built for you.
 

• Multi-line phone management, customer greeting, and front office operations
• Daily CDK inventory entries, VIN pulls, vehicle labeling, and stock board maintenance
• Fleet deal entry, sold reporting, and Assignment of Proceeds (AOP) preparation
• Bilingual customer support throughout the sales and F&I process
• Competitive hourly pay — paid bi-weekly
• Monday through Friday schedule with occasional extended hours during busy periods
