Brand Ambassador - Seasonal

Brand Ambassadors at Las Vegas Motor Speedway play an integral role in working with all departments to fulfill our mission of:

• Taking care of teammates
• Hosting remarkable events
• Positively impacting our community
• Profitably improving

Event Staff will work under the direction of the Senior Director of Marketing

Responsibilities (may include but not limited to): 

• Assist with event preparation, including setting up event spaces and tearing down event spaces at major events 
• Properly handle and transport promotional materials and equipment
• Travel to off-site locations as needed to support marketing initiatives including, but not limited to, LVMS Kids Club and LVMS Marketing/Ticketing promotions
• Represent the company in a professional, enthusiastic, and positive manner at all events
• Serve as the face of the brand and communicate its values, personality, and key messaging.
• Build relationships with potential customers and members of the local community
• Collect qualified leads, email addresses, contest entries, or other customer information when applicable
• Promote upcoming company events, products, services, and special offers
• Encourage participation in games, giveaways, contests, experiences, and promotional activations
• Distribute promotional materials, merchandise, coupons, and other branded materials
• Other duties as assigned

Event Staff Requirements

• 18 + years of age
• Ability to lift 25+lbs
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends with possible overnight travel
• Positive attitude with a willingness to work as a team
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver’s license - REQUIRED
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and work outside in various weather conditions 
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
