Champion Home Services in Bulverde, Texas has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. This a full time paying $18.50-$25.00 per hour with various schedule options! What you will do:- Handle inbound customer service calls including, but not limited to:- Booking appointments- Understanding general priority booking knowledge- Providing tech ETA- Deescalating customer concerns- Understating field availability for effective booking- Handle text and chat engagements with the customers- Call on customer list to offer promotions- Creating and updating customer profiles What you bring:- Previous customer service or call center experience - Strong attention to details- Conscientious team player- Honesty, integrity, and a good attitude- Clear background check and drug screen- Industry and ServiceTitan experience preferred
