Compensation
- Guaranteed Hourly Wage + Commission and Incentives.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a confident, self-motivated Door-to-Door Canvasser to connect with homeowners, start conversations, and generate qualified leads for our team.
The right person has previous door-to-door or canvassing experience, enjoys interacting with people, and knows how to turn a brief conversation into an opportunity. Experience in the water treatment industry is not required—we’ll teach you our products and services. You bring the experience, work ethic, and drive to succeed.
- Previous door-to-door or canvassing experience is required
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented person who takes ownership of their results
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for connecting with and serving people

What You’ll Do
- Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners in conversation
- Introduce homeowners to our products and services and communicate their value
- Generate interest and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
- Represent our company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Work toward established lead, appointment, and performance goals
- Maintain regular communication and accountability with your manager
- Be receptive to coaching, feedback, and continued development to improve performance
