Your missions :

Job Summary:

 
Within the business unit and the assigned region, act as the expert on technical matters of Ceva´s product range, responding to product related questions and issues, guiding /supporting customers and Ceva’s sales team to successful outcomes. Is involved in generating a solid network with professionals and key stakeholders in the industry. Is responsible for the continuous monitoring of the products, and therefore spends most of the time on the field. Is responsible of the clients in his area and of organizing of events, calls and visits on their sites or other locations.

Veterinary / Technical & Scientific

  • Provide technical expertise, consultation, and troubleshooting support to customers.
  • Deliver training and educational programs to promote best practices and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on product performance through data collection and customer feedback.
  • Communicate trial results and customer insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Build a strong network with animal health institutes, labs, universities, and key opinion leaders.
  • Oversee product deployment and generate evidence of product performance in the field.
  • Continuously develop expertise through training and industry events.

 Sales & Business Development

  • Execute local customer plans aligned with national strategy to drive product adoption.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
  • Gather and share market intelligence, including competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Plan and execute sales activities to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct customer negotiations in line with company policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve products and services based on market feedback
  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular market updates to management.

 

Your profile :

Education: Veterinarian University degree

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in animal healthcare
