Your missions :

Conduct technical visits for the PEC Business Unit to livestock producers within the assigned territory, following company guidelines.
Identify sales potential within the assigned area and communicate opportunities to the direct manager.
Support distributor sales teams in the region, contributing to increased sell-out performance.
Deliver technical and commercial training to customer teams, store personnel, and Ceva Sales Representatives (RCs), ensuring high-quality customer service and proper product commercialization.
Develop promotional campaigns in partnership with distributors.
Plan weekly and monthly visit schedules and activities.
Provide value-added services to customers that may generate sales opportunities.
Visit key partners and points of sale within the territory, promoting the company's PEC portfolio.
Maintain strong commercial relationships with customers.
Coordinate activities with the Technical Manager and Regional Sales Manager or Sales Coordinator.
Prepare visit reports to monitor and track field activities.

 

Your profile :

Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science (Zootechny).
Presentation skills.
Technical knowledge of the PEC product portfolio.
Sales techniques and commercial acumen. 
Experience in organizing events and promotional campaigns.
