Parking Lot Attendant/Facilities Assistant

Job DetailsJob Location: Columbus - Columbus, OH 43215Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 HourlyTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: DayDescription: The parking lot attendant/Facilities assistant will be responsible for maintaining the parking lot, keeping track of everyone entering and leaving the lot and other additional duties needed by the Facilities Team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Direct patrons to open spots, if necessary
If a vehicle needs towed, coordinate with the Maintenance or Facilities Manager.
Place or remove barricades to prevent parking in certain spots
Maintain the cleanliness of the lots
Clean walks and main entrances to the buildings
Clean sidewalk curbs of all debris
Water all flowers and Plants, Trees if necessary
Assist with snow and ice removal if needed
Day porter assistance
Report any suspicious activity to office Management
Assist vendor/delivery person with packages
Inspect all packages for damage
Contact all persons necessary when Packages are delivered
Return packages on an individual basis as needed
Assist Maintenance department when needed
Additional responsibilities as assigned

QualificationsRequirements

Experience with patient centered care
Punctuality and impeccable attendance
Strong communication skills with professionals and patients of all demographics
Non judgment approach to patient care
Patience and great attention to detail
Completely understand the healthcare privacy laws as outlined in HIPPA
Ability to work collaboratively in team-based care
