Position Requirements - What You Need to Know Before Applying
Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time position (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week).
Shift Availability: Shifts may begin as early as 7:30 AM and may end as late as 4:30 PM. You must be available to work shifts within this range.
Experience: Applicants should have experience and comfort working autonomously - independently managing workload, workflow, and patient care without constant oversight.
What You’ll Do
As an Ultrasound Tech, you’ll be a vital part of our clinical care team, providing high-quality diagnostic imaging with accuracy, efficiency, and compassion.
Your role will include:
Performing diagnostic ultrasound exams per physician orders
Reviewing patient history and explaining procedures before each exam
Positioning patients and adjusting equipment to capture high-quality images
Operating ultrasound equipment and evaluating images during the scan
Taking measurements, calculating values, and preparing preliminary findings for physician review
Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
Keeping ultrasound equipment properly maintained and ready for use
Following safety, infection control, and quality standards throughout each exam
What You Bring
Associate or bachelor’s degree in sonography from an accredited school (Required)
Current RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) Certification (Required)
Current CPR certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a certified sonographer
Strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and patient-centered care
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
