About Job
Key Responsibilities
Assist in basic localization and content adaptation tasks into English while maintaining accuracy and intent.
Support data annotation activities (e.g., text, image, or speech labeling) for AI model training.
Perform quality checks to ensure linguistic accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines.
Follow project-specific instructions, glossaries, and style guides closely.
Collaborate with QA/review teams to identify and resolve issues.
Complete assigned tasks within defined deadlines and productivity KPIs.
Provide timely updates on progress, blockers, and task completion.
Support PMs/PCs with ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks.
Adapt quickly to updates, changes, and new project requirements.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Communications, or related fields.
Strong command of English (written and reading); additional language skills are a plus.
Basic understanding of localization or translation concepts is preferred.
High attention to detail with strong quality awareness.
Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks consistently.
Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
