About this role
The Warehouse Associate/Installer supports warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, tracking, and preparing materials and equipment for projects. This role helps maintain accurate inventory records, coordinates shipping and receiving activities, and ensures a clean and safe work environment. The position also assists with the installation, removal, and movement of ATMs, safes, vaults, and related equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to perform physical work and travel as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming products, materials, and equipment
- Stage and log products and equipment for upcoming projects
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials and equipment for shipment or field deployment
- Load and unload trucks and deliveries
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and staging areas
- Label and track materials by project, customer, location, or job number
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Verify incoming and outgoing materials against shipping and project documentation
- Identify and communicate damaged, missing, or incorrect materials
- Assist with returns, transfers, and movement of materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Complete required warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation
- Learn and assist with basic installation of ATMs, safes, vaults, and related equipment under the direction of experienced Installers
- Assist with basic demolition, removal, cleanup, and light construction activities
- Complete required paperwork and communicate effectively with management and field personnel
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
- Warehouse experience a plus
- Ability to use standard power and hand tools
- Basic computer skills
- Must be safety conscious and dependable
- Ability to trouble shoot and resolve problems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Able to read drawings, blueprints a plus
- A valid clean driver's license (CDL not required, but is a plus)
- Ability to travel as needed
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with federal/governmental or financial institutions is a plus
Physical Demands
- Must be able to fulfill physical job requirements including but not limited to lift more than 50 lbs, lift, squat, crouch, kneel, balance, climb and push/pull body weight
- Work indoors and outside, stand for extended periods of time, sit and drive a vehicle for travel
- Minimal travel may be required
