Business Development Representative (F/M/D)
About this role
Your responsibilities
We are hiring a Business Development Representative (F/M/D) to join our sales team and identify new business opportunities for the CELUS Design Platform. In this position you will develop potential leads, converting them into sales opportunities, and ultimately driving them to successful sales wins. Furthermore you will:
- Develop strategies and tactics to create sales opportunities, enhancing the company’s sales pipeline
- Create and manage sales pipeline at targeted accounts, focusing on high-potential prospects
- Strategically convert leads into sales meetings, and drive these meetings to result in successful sales wins
- Define and implement workflows and best practices to ensure an optimal conversion rate from leads to orders
- Develop and implement repeatable and scalable processes to support the growth of the sales organization
- Represent the company at trade shows and other industry activities globally, and support direct customer meetings as required to drive business growth
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree and experience within business development and sales in the SaaS, technology or electronics industry
- Understanding of the electronics component manufacturing and electronic distribution ecosystem is highly advantageous but not essential
- Previous experience in generating sales leads, creating sales opportunities, and converting these into sales wins
- Skilled in developing strategies to enhance pipeline growth and conversion rates
- Experienced in conducting customer meetings, driving business growth through face-to-face interactions and relationship building
- Independent self starter with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and growth objectives
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
