About this role

We are looking for an Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience in California labor and employment law to join our growing Sacramento office. You'll work directly with private sector employer clients on high-stakes employment litigation and provide strategic advice on personnel matters at one of California's top boutique employment law firms.

What will you be doing?

Providing advice and counsel to private sector employer clients on personnel matters

Handling high-stakes employment litigation in court and arbitration

Representing employers in administrative matters before state and federal agencies

Working independently on significant matters while collaborating with a team

Managing class/collective action lawsuits and single-plaintiff cases

Key Requirements

3-7 years of experience representing private sector employers in California labor and employment matters

Juris Doctor with a strong academic record

Active California Bar license in good standing

Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and assume significant responsibilities
