Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation of IT initiatives that support business objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and skilled at managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments while maintaining a strong focus on risk management, quality, and customer outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from initiation through closure

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success criteria

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation

  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues

  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and change requests

  • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and leadership

  • Ensure projects align with IT standards, security policies, and compliance requirements

  • Facilitate meetings, stand-ups, and project reviews

  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing IT or technology projects

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, infrastructure, and/or application delivery

  • Experience managing cross-functional technical teams

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana)

  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines


Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification

  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies

  • Background in infrastructure, cloud migrations, cybersecurity, or software implementations

  • Experience managing vendors and outsourced service providers
