We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team on a PRN basis at a beautiful Assisted Living community in Fayetteville.

Nestled in the heart of Fayetteville, our community provides a warm, supportive environment where residents can maintain their independence while receiving the assistance they need. Residents benefit from help with meals, medication management, and personal care, all within a secure setting staffed by caring and experienced professionals.

As a Physical Therapist, you will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, working alongside Occupational and Speech Therapy professionals to help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and overall quality of life. Our team is passionate about helping seniors remain active, engaged, and as independent as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents
  • Collaborate with facility staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Educate residents and caregivers on mobility, safety, and wellness strategies
  • Document treatments and progress in accordance with professional standards
