What You Will Be Doing:


As a Banquet Server, you will help bring weddings, corporate events, and special celebrations to life by providing attentive service and genuine hospitality throughout each event.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
  • Serve food and beverages while maintaining presentation and service standards
  • Learn each event’s menu, timeline, and service plan
  • Communicate dietary restrictions and special requests with the kitchen team
  • Clear and reset tables, restock supplies, and maintain clean service areas
  • Assist with banquet setup and service stations as needed
  • Follow the direction of the Banquet Supervisor to support smooth event execution
  • Work collaboratively with the banquet team to anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support banquet operations

  • Experience in banquet, catering, restaurant, or other high-volume hospitality environments
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to assist wherever needed
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with both guests and team members
  • The ability to stay organized and composed in busy event settings
  • A guest-first mindset and genuine passion for creating memorable experiences
  • Smart Serve Certification is an asset
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules
