About this role
Our restaurants at Carmel offer our members multiple dining venues including indoor casual dining, indoor formal dining, outdoor casual dining and pub dining. This position may work in those kitchens, as well as 1947 Restaurant kitchen.
Responsibilities include:
Maintains complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment and tools as intended, properly and safely
Requisitions all products and supplies needed for the pastry shop
A positive attitude
Minimum of 1-2 years of pastry experience; culinary degree preferred
Team members are required to work evenings, holidays and weekends on a consistent basis.

Sometimes the hardest part of this is meeting the last requirement: courteousness. If the request will disrupt other members or negatively impact your team members, then we need to find a creative solution to offer the member.
