About the Role:
Join Carbon Performance as a Front Desk professional in our vibrant Charlotte, NC office! In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment while supporting our team in delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a positive first impression.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Provide support for office events and meetings as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at the front desk.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
