About the Role:
Capriotti's in Post Falls, ID is looking for a passionate Sandwich Artist to join our crew! If you love crafting delicious subs and delivering great customer experiences, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Come be part of a team that takes pride in every sandwich, every time.
We're locally owned and operated.
Compensation: $18 hour when combining starting hourly wage of $14.00 and average tips of $4/hour earned at this location. We pay more for experience.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble crafted sandwiches with speed, accuracy, and care
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient counter service
- Maintain a clean and organized prep station and dining area
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and condiments as needed throughout the shift
- Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with team members during peak rush periods
Requirements:
- No prior experience required — we will train the right candidate!
- Positive, customer-first attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Basic food handling knowledge or willingness to learn
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
