Richmond, VA — On‑Site Position
The Workforce Compliance Coordinator safeguards CAHN’s workforce integrity by managing personnel documentation, HRIS accuracy, benefits administration, credentialing workflows, and compliance requirements. This role ensures strict confidentiality, precise documentation, and adherence to regulatory and organizational standards. The Coordinator supports a trustworthy, compliant People & Culture function and serves as a key partner in maintaining workforce readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Workforce Compliance — Track, verify, and maintain compliance requirements, including licenses, certifications, and credentialing documentation.
Personnel Records Governance — Maintain accurate, confidential personnel files and ensure proper documentation discipline.
HRIS Data Accuracy — Manage HRIS updates, data integrity, and reporting with strict access controls.
Benefits Administration — Process benefit enrollments, changes, and deductions with dual‑verification.
Sensitive Documentation Verification — Validate employment documents, medical notes, and compliance forms according to policy.
Audit & Reporting Support — Prepare compliance documentation for audits, accreditation reviews, and regulatory reporting.
New Hire Processing (Administrative) — Complete administrative onboarding tasks, ensuring accurate workforce setup.

QualificationsQualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years HR, compliance, or workforce administration experience
Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom preferred)
Strong confidentiality discipline and documentation accuracy
Detail‑oriented, ethical, and compliance‑minded
