Position Summary
The People & Culture Assistant provides administrative, logistical, and communication support to the People & Culture Department. This role enhances departmental efficiency, supports culture initiatives, and ensures smooth coordination of onboarding, training, and engagement activities. The P&C Assistant maintains strict confidentiality and adheres to all role boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support — Provide scheduling, document preparation, and departmental coordination.
Training Logistics — Assist with training scheduling, materials, attendance tracking, and room setup.
Onboarding Hospitality — Support new hire welcome activities and orientation logistics.
Engagement & Culture Support — Assist with event coordination, recognition logistics, and culture initiatives.
Communications Support — Draft simple communications, announcements, and reminders.
Departmental Coordination — Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and support departmental projects.
Non‑Sensitive Record Support — Organize documents without accessing personnel files or HRIS.

QualificationsQualifications
High school diploma required; Associate’s preferred
1+ year HR or administrative experience
Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills
Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality awareness
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
