Capital Area Health Network (CAHN) is seeking an experienced IT Technician to provide technical support and maintain the organization's technology infrastructure. This role supports employees and systems across the organization, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, assists with cybersecurity initiatives, and helps ensure reliable and secure IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, chat, and in person.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computer hardware, software, and mobile devices.
Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, VoIP phones, and other technology equipment.
Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and third-party applications.
Assist with cybersecurity efforts, HIPAA compliance, and staff education.
Maintain system documentation, procedures, and inventory records.
Collaborate with the IT Manager to support network infrastructure and security.
Ensure confidentiality of organizational and network information.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Occasional extended hours as needed.
On-site position.

Qualifications
Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A+ Certification required.
Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR); eClinicalWorks experience preferred.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
