The Culture & Employee Experience Coordinator enhances CAHN’s workplace culture by supporting engagement programs, recognition initiatives, employee communications, onboarding experience, and morale‑building activities. This role strengthens employee connection, supports organizational values, and helps cultivate a positive, inclusive, mission‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement Programs — Coordinate engagement activities, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and morale‑building events.
Culture Stewardship — Support culture initiatives that reinforce CAHN CARES values.
Employee Communications — Draft and distribute internal communications, announcements, and engagement messaging.
Onboarding Experience — Facilitate welcoming, culture‑aligned onboarding experiences for new hires.
Training Logtics — Coordinate training schedules, materials, and attendance tracking.
Engagement Metrics — Track engagement participation, feedback, and culture‑related metrics.
Employee Support — Provide non‑confidential employee assistance and escalate concerns appropriately.

QualificationsQualifications
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
2–3 years HR, engagement, or culture experience
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
High emotional intelligence and professionalism
Experience in healthcare or nonprofit preferred
