Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

  • Develop and maintain innovative guest programming by identifying, researching, and recommending new guest experts, presenters, and experiential offerings that enhance the overall guest experience
  • Manage the full lifecycle of guest expert and entertainer engagements, including contracting, scheduling, event planning, on-site coordination, and program quality audits.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for guest speakers and presenters, coordinating accommodations, logistics, communications, and on-site support before and during their stay.
  • Partner with internal departments, administrators, and Conference Services to ensure seamless program execution, room set-ups, BEO submissions, and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Support the creation, management, and distribution of daily activity schedules, maintaining accurate listings across digital and print platforms using booking and content management systems.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal experts and cross-functional teams while upholding Canyon Ranch service standards, company policies, and organizational values in all programming activities.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Requires 3 to 5 years of prior experience in programming, event coordination, hospitality, guest services, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of program development, vendor and speaker management, and event planning within a hospitality, wellness, or customer-focused environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality, communications, event management, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills with the ability to coordinate multiple programs and events simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
  • Must possess or be able to maintain a Group B Driver certification/license as required for operational responsibilities.
