QualificationsResponsibilities

Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques
Monitor, observe, and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse
Accurately document patient care and daily activities in accordance with regulations
Support and follow individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes
Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment
Ensure medical equipment and devices are clean, charged, and functioning properly
Participate in shift handoffs, team communication, and ongoing training
Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures
Promote patient dignity, independence, and safety at all times

Requirements

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients safely
Strong teamwork, reliability, and patient-first mindset
Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
