Line cook position details
We are hiring a Full Time (37.5 hours/week) line cook. Shifts vary, with closing time between 7:30pm and 8pm each night. Weekend availability is required.
We are offering a recruitment and retention bonus of $2,000 for all Full Time hires.
Line cook job duties include
Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus.
Prepare food for therapeutic diets in accordance with planned menus.
Prepare and serve alternative menu items as needed.
Assist in food preparation for special meals, parties, etc.
Assist in serving meals, as necessary, and on a timely basis.
Line cook benefits include

QualificationsLine cook qualifications
Must possess a culinary certificate or a degree from an accredited source.
Must have excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
Must have strong communication skills.
