About this role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with 3–6 years of dedicated PMM experience to build Candid Health's product marketing function from the ground up. You'll be a metrics-oriented, enterprise B2B marketer who can define positioning and messaging for our core products, lead end-to-end launches, and partner closely with product and commercial teams. This is one of the most important roles at Candid right now — our growth depends on effectively marketing what we're building to both existing customers and the broader enterprise healthcare market. We'd love someone with a technical or analytical background who has seen what "good" looks like at a later-stage startup (Series D+) and is ready to own this as a high-impact IC.

What will you be doing?

Build the product marketing function from scratch — defining how launches, updates, and messaging programs are run across the organization

Define positioning and messaging for each of Candid's core products, with a particular focus on enterprise ambulatory segment messaging

Lead end-to-end go-to-market launches for new products and features (e.g., the upcoming agents product), coordinating across Product, Sales, and Customer Success

Create high-quality sales enablement materials — pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, and demo content — to arm the commercial team

Serve as the key interface between the product team and the commercial team, translating technical capabilities into compelling value narratives for enterprise buyers
