About this role

What we're looking for:

We need someone with 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience who has scaled GTM and Sales teams at high-growth startups (Series C+). You should be comfortable operating in ambiguity, partnering directly with C-suite leaders, and building recruiting infrastructure from scratch. A track record of hiring Enterprise AEs and senior GTM leadership roles is a must — bonus points if you've built out first-in-seat roles and can quantify your recruiting impact with hard metrics.

What you'll do:

Own GTM recruiting outcomes end-to-end, leading full-cycle recruiting to scale Sales & Marketing teams — including Enterprise AEs, strategic GTM roles (enablement, solutions, ops), and VP/Director-level hires

Partner directly with the CCO and senior GTM leadership to calibrate on talent, define hiring strategies, and build the teams driving Candid's hypergrowth

Build sophisticated top-of-funnel sourcing engines and evergreen pipeline strategies that consistently attract high-caliber talent in competitive enterprise markets

Develop and implement recruiting infrastructure — scorecards, interview processes, comp frameworks — for a go-to-market org that's scaling from ~14 to 45+ by year-end

Raise the bar on recruiting rigor by tracking funnel metrics, diagnosing bottlenecks, and driving process improvements across the GTM hiring function

Mentor and coach a more junior recruiter on the team while maintaining a full individual contributor rec load yourself
