About this role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience to build our enterprise ABM engine from 0-1 at Candid Health. You'll be a data-driven, strategic marketer who thrives in ambiguity and wants to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of personalized campaigns targeting our highest-value strategic accounts. This is a foundational role within our growth marketing org — we've used an agency for ABM to date and are now bringing this function in-house. You'll work in lockstep with Sales and our Head of Growth to turn target accounts into closed-won revenue in a $280 billion industry that's ripe for disruption.

What will you be doing?

Building out multi-channel ABM campaigns for strategic enterprise accounts, including personalized content, targeted advertising, sales-aligned outreach sequences, and executive events

Defining account segmentation frameworks and prioritizing targets based on ICP fit, intent data, and revenue potential in partnership with the Head of Growth

Owning pipeline contribution metrics (SQL or MQL targets) specifically funneling into the strategic account segment

Serving as the marketing counterpart to Sales for enterprise accounts — collaborating on account plans, campaign sequencing, and opportunity-specific plays

Selecting, implementing, and optimizing ABM tools and building repeatable playbooks that allow personalization at scale
