About this role

What we're looking for:

We need someone with 5-10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Management Consulting who has personally built PMM processes from scratch and owned end-to-end product launches. You should be comfortable operating as a sole contributor in a high-growth environment and have a track record of developing compelling positioning and messaging for enterprise buyers (CPOs, CFOs). Bonus points if you come from a Series C+ B2B SaaS or FinTech company, or have a management consulting background (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) with a pivot into product marketing.

What you'll do:

Build the entire Product Marketing function from scratch — defining processes, launch frameworks, and operating cadence as the first PMM hire reporting directly to the CEO

Develop compelling positioning and messaging across our product portfolio, translating complex fintech capabilities into simple, customer-focused value propositions

Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new products, features, partnerships, and market expansions (we launch new countries multiple times a year)

Equip sales and customer success teams with enablement tools — battle cards, pitch decks, competitive intel — to win enterprise deals

Conduct customer interviews and win/loss analysis to develop deep market understanding and influence product strategy

Establish KPI frameworks that tie Product Marketing work to measurable business impact

Create differentiated messaging by customer segment, industry, region, and buyer persona across 50+ countries
