The Program



The work includes facilities contracts The Facilities and Social Enterprise Coordinator facilitates operations across CJHS sites and supports the participants, projects, and administrative requirements of the social enterprise. and inspections, maintenance ticket coordination, fleet administration, participant and program coordination, client and project administration, reporting, and support for the Director of Employment & Social Enterprise.



The Position

The Facilities & Social Enterprise Coordinator is responsible for coordinating facilities operations, contract management, maintenance processes, fleet administration, social enterprise program coordination, client and project administration, reporting, and administrative support for the Director of Employment & Social Enterprise. The role works closely with the Crew Supervisor, Employment Hub, Bluebell, contractors, vendors, clients, and community partners.



Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects, contracts, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and community partners.
  • Experience supporting employment, training, social enterprise, facilities, or human service programs would be considered an asset.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and follow projects through to completion.
