Materials Coordinator

Position Summary

C2O Americas is seeking experienced Material Coordinators to support project operations in Austin, Texas. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, storing, and distributing materials and equipment while maintaining accurate inventory records and a safe, organized warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or material coordination experience, hands-on forklift experience, and the required safety certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and document incoming materials and equipment.

• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas.

• Issue and distribute materials to field and project personnel.

• Track material movement, quantities, and inventory levels.

• Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and documentation.

• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials.

• Load, unload, move, and stage materials using a forklift.

• Coordinate material deliveries and pickups.

• Perform routine inventory counts and material reconciliation.

• Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and protected.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and laydown area.

• Follow all company, OSHA, and project safety requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience or Material Coordinator experience required.

• Forklift experience and current forklift certification required.

• Current OSHA certification required.

• Experience receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials.

• Ability to safely load, unload, and move materials and equipment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to maintain accurate inventory and material records.

• Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced project environment.
