The Role

As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing industrial water treatment systems such as boilers, cooling towers, and chemical feed systems. You will work directly with clients to ensure their systems are efficient, safe, and compliant with industry standards while delivering outstanding customer service. This position will combine technical water treatment service, customer relationship management, and business development. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with facility managers, engineers, maintenance personnel, mechanical contractors, and industrial customers while providing a high level of technical service and customer support.

Service & Technical Support

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for industrial water treatment equipment.
Install, calibrate, and service chemical feed systems at customer locations.
Conduct water testing and analysis to ensure optimal system performance and compliance.
Document service visits, including test results, repairs, and customer recommendations.
Provide on-site technical support and training to customers regarding system operations.
Respond to service calls and conduct follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge & Training

Stay informed on industry advancements, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve solutions for clients.

QualificationsWho You Are

We’re looking for ambitious go-getters who have:

Strong technical knowledge of industrial water treatment systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the water treatment industry or a related field.
Interested in both technical service and sales/business development Water treatment, chemical, HVAC, mechanical, industrial, or facility-maintenance experience.
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Build long-term customer relationships, develop technically, and grow with our organization.

Working Conditions

Frequent travel within the assigned territory, including client site visits.
Ability to work in varied environments, including industrial and outdoor settings.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
