Appliance Inside Sales Support

About the Role:

The Appliance Inside Sales Support role is crucial in ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their purchasing journey. This position involves assisting customers with product inquiries, providing detailed information about appliances, and facilitating the sales process to enhance customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to manage orders, track inventory, and resolve any issues that may arise during the sales cycle. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the retail trade or appliance industry.
• Familiarity with sales software and inventory management systems.
• Associate's degree in business or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding appliance features, specifications, and pricing.
• Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to track inventory levels and manage stock availability.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide follow-up support to customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Wage Range:  $17.00 - $19.00/hr plus commission
